|Recommended: YesAn absolute delight to live in. — It's definitely one of my better living experiences since moving to the Boston area. The folks at the leasing office and in maintenance are friendly and quite prompt with requests and do their best to take care of the tenants.

|Recommended: YesGreat community to live in — Really everything is perfect in Alister quincy. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. Besides you feel like a family here in the community. The management strive their best to meet our needs. Also they host many gatherings which are nice. One last thing, I love the complementary shuttle to and from the train station.

|Recommended: YesThe place is awesome I love living here and its location is perfect with regards to access to everything. — I would highly recommend this place but I would tell them, that over time you will have to move because the rent is just high and there is no plateau. I understand you pay for what you get but at some point, it changes to a negative return.
I don't see myself being able to afford to stay here after the end of my second year based on the anticipated rent increase.

|Recommended: YesIt's a great place to live — It's a great place to live. The rent is high but it's like that everywhere today. Great place also for commuters as Alister provides a shuttle to Quincy Center T. The staff are great and willing to accommodate any requests to make your living here easier. Highly recommended.

Thanks for leaving us a 5-star rating and recommendation. It sounds like you are enjoying life here at Alister Quincy!
|Recommended: NoCommunication and Maintenace Ruining An Otherwise Good Community — After moving in to Alister Quincy in August, we soon discovered issues with the fireplace chimney in our apartment- that the fireplace did not stay lit for more than a short period of time, and there was a leak in the chimney causing a loud rattling noise whenever it rained. We reported it promptly when moving in, and were told it was fixed, but that has not been the case. As we continue to bring it up by phone, email, and portal requests, we are told that a roofer will come look at the leak, but are given no time frame or follow up. The maintenance team continues to simply relight the pilot light gas fireplace , without actually repairing the fireplace. This ongoing issue has become exhausting and has put a damper on living in what has otherwise been a nice community.

|Recommended: YesExcellent apartment, amenities, and great neighbors — Spacious, clean, newly renovated apartments. Never any issues with parking. Having the option to get a garage is great. Have not met any mean neighbors. Friendly staff. Amenities are great.
