|Recommended: YesOverall good but improvements in key areas needed — I would recommend this place because of its ideal location and general cleanliness. But the fixtures of our apt are popping off dangerously and with increasing regularity which is a cause of alarm for our family. First the kitchen's pantry sliding door came off a couple of times, then one of the closet doors fell to the ground, and now a cabinet front has come loose and is currently hanging to the side. There is also a large crack under the kitchen island. We were told the place has just been refurbished The maintenance person is prompt, personable and efficient but that doesnt take away from the low quality fixtures - which doesnt match the high rent we are paying.
The other problem is the high-handedness of one of the people working at the leasing office. Caitlin is wonderful to work with and we wish the other person could also be at least half as pleasant.

|Recommended: YesI love living here — This is a beautiful community to live in The grounds are maintained impeccably. The apartments have all been renovated and updated with nice finishes fixtures. The extra amenities are a great bonus like the state of the art gym, fire pit, pool, and dog park. The staff are THE BEST. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and that things are running smoothly around here. The only complaint I have is that the noise level from neighbors is loud at times. To wrap it up, great place to live. Keep up the great work Alister

|Recommended: YesConvenient Place Location to Live — Overall this is a good place to live however it does have it's issues. Grounds are maintained all around the entrance but not through the entire property. there are many maintenance issues around the property that need to be addressed and hopefully in time they will. The overall management is good but they will not take a stand in the right direction rather they will appease the person who complains and will expect the person who has done nothing wrong to go out of their way to go even further. It is a pet friendly community and people should understand that prior to renting. Maintenance is very good and they fix things right away. The apartments are very sound proof and we have never heard and noise from neighbors. The location is great and very convenient to many area attractions. There is even a shuttle that runs in the mornings and evening so you don't need a car to get to the local T station.
