|Recommended: YesBest place I’ve lived so far — We have lived here for two years now and really like it. The staff and maintenance people are amazing and so helpful. They have an amazing system for receiving packages and it’s safe and reliable. They also have dry cleaning pickup which is amazing.

|Recommended: NoUsed to be better — We moved in 2 years back and has been great so far. I can see the service levels going down. New management seems to try and do a lot of social activities but hasn't been paying much attention to details. Dog poop has been an ongoing issue for whole summer and the office staff really didn't do much to make it safer except send some emails that didn't seem to help. Fitness center temperature is not maintained at all. With the door not closing properly and the fans running, the air inside is always freezing. I hope things get better.

It's location is perfect as access to highway and waterway for my boating needs

|Recommended: YesFix the shuttle — Don’t bother moving here if you want their shuttle service. Even though I’ve repeatedly made management aware that there are not enough seats and residents are frequently left behind, management has not been effective in getting more seats, let alone the seats that they’re even contracted for.
Without the shuttle, to get to Quincy center, it’s a 30 minute walk, 9 Uber ride, or 9 a day to park at Quincy Adams. Manageable, but having a shuttle alleviates the inconvenient location of Falls Boulevard.
Otherwise, Alister is an excellent, well-maintained property. I hope they can fix the shuttle issues so I can give a better review.

|Recommended: YesConvenient location — We like living here, the amenities are good. The upkeep of some things around the property could be better, siding pulling away on some buildings. Front doors that are worn and locks that are faulty. takes three or four tries to get the keys to work,
