|Recommended: NoIt has the appearance of a comfortable suburban neighborhood. — At first look it has the appearance of a comfortable suburban neighborhood. There seems to be ample parking and the layout of the apartments make it feel more homey than those giant multi-unit complexes. I'm not sure if it is due to Covid, but access to office personnel is very limited and when calling the main phone number very little help is accessible. The maintenance dept. doesn't seem in sync with the office. We have only been here a very short time and have had much confusion with them. Preparing an apt. for a new tenant should come with a checklist and a followup inspection before the tenant moves in.We should not have had to tell the office that the faucet was leaking and there was paint on the floor. Any preventive maintenance should have been taken care of as well while the unit was vacant. While we realize maintenance is necessary, we are currently in a pandemic and trying to follow guidelines in every aspect of our lives, we have had to let so many strangers into our apt. in the few short weeks we have been here to fix things that should have been taken care of before move in. We easily could have changed the move in date to Nov 1 to accommodate. The move in date was selected by management, not us. With that there is the expectation of readiness. Your maintenance team has been seen maskless in common areas when they think no one is around, this unacceptable when there are signs posted everywhere. Today I have been listening to a jackhammer since 7 50 this morning, followed by your team yelling as though no one lived here, this is the noise I thought I was leaving behind in city. It doesn't seem as though you have hired a team of professionals to take care of the issue, looks more like a bunch of guys hired by the hour to save money. We have spoken to other residents as well that have had issues with communication and maintenance and many are moving out because of this. It's too bad because we really liked the look of this place although it was the least convenient for commuting to work, we chose it based on that.

|Recommended: YesGreat property, lower end finishes — I'm not a fan of the laminate wood flooring dark and cheap and most of the appliances seem outdated. Countertops are nice and carpeting is new. Mostly great job of cleaning the place before we moved in but there is still a lingering cigarette smell from the previous tenant. I can't totally blame the property on that. Maintenance and property staff have been more than attentive to our requests. It's really been a pleasant surprise and welcomed. Property is well kept and haven't had a chance to really indulge but having only 1 dumpster for recycling and 2 dumpsters for trash seems odd for the amount of residents on this property. Overall, I am happy with the community and property.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property to Stay but noisy neighbors — Having stayed in this community for the past 3 years, I feel this has been one of the top few elite communities with excellent maintenance staff. The only issue is the current management isn't very responsive and a lot of requests fall into a long backlog and goes unnoticed for extended periods. Also to add to that are the noisy neighbors who have the utmost disregard for anyone around them. They continue to make noises and disturb the surrounding. Despite complaining to the management, there has been no actions taken and this contunues to be an ongoing affair that i need to live with. This is the only unfortunate part that i recently started experience after i moved from Block A to Block E
