|Recommended: YesReview — I love living here so far, everything is ideal. The only downside would be the distance to the trash as it’s quiete a walk to go outside carrying trash bags and boxes if you have no car. I’m not sure how it’ll be in the winter. I do think they should have trash in different parts throughout the complex. The only other complaint would be the stomping and running from above. I believe they have children and they run pretty hard until about 10pm usually and starts pretty early in the morning

Especially I would like to highlight the managers Brian and Dan. Whenever we have any issues or requests they respond quickly and try to do this as best as they can.

Thank you so much Jolynne! A park renovation is actually in the long-term plans, believe it or not! There's also Faxon Park if you're not aware - if you walk up the hill past Alister Quincy there's a quick cutthrough by The Atrium that takes you into the loop up there. There's a basketball court, table tennis, and a larger park than ours that I believe has swings.

|Recommended: YesHidden Gem of Quincy — Alister Quincy is truly a hidden gem of Quincy. The facilities are all incredibly well maintained, Brian and his staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make this feel like a true community including events like pumpkin carving and yappy hour for pets, organizing search parties to help a resident find their missing kitten, addressing maintenance issues promptly, and even helping us move our sectional up the staircase . From the pool to the gym to the firepits and the dog park, this place has absolutely everything I need, and I am very happy to call it home.
